The Fulani Indigenous Peoples

Association Allah Wallou de Dori (AAWD)

Our Working Areas

Economic Empowerment

We organize workshops and training sessions to provide indigenous women with the skills they need to generate income. These include learning about economic activities such as handicraft production, small-scale entrepreneurship, and agricultural practices.

Education

We focus on educating rural and underserved populations, especially women, on literacy, numeracy, and business skills. Through capacity-building initiatives, we aim to bridge the education gap for indigenous women and help them access opportunities for growth and development.

Preservation of the Environment

We actively promote environmentally sustainable practices by educating communities on eco-friendly techniques in agriculture, waste management, and natural resource preservation. Our goal is to ensure the balance between economic development and environmental stewardship.
